Ben Yost is a Senior Loan Officer at Nova Home Loans

Ben prides himself in professionalism and fairness, always looking out for the clients best interest. His high rate of referrals, and return customers, is a testimonial to his business conduct.

He attributes his success to strong personal motivation, a golden support staff, and the ability to recognize and react to change within his industry.

Ben has been involved in the Mortgage Industry since 1992. He worked for New Home Builders for 8 Years prior to that. His devotion to customer service has earned him recognition throughout the mortgage industry.

He is a member of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association; South Denver Realtor Association and the Aurora Board of  Realtors, He is also a member of the Duncan Mortgage Mastery Club and has earned the Certified Mortgage Lender designation from the CMLA. Ben has taught an accredited course at the Community College of Aurora at Lawry entitled- Introduction to Mortgage Banking.

Ben is married to Dora and has a son named Matthew. He is also very active in the Community and with his Church.
